Inside Chittagong

Delivery charge: ৳70
Estimated delivery time: Maximum 5 business days

Outside Chittagong

Delivery charge: ৳130
Estimated delivery time: Maximum 10 business days

Order Confirmation Process

Once an order is placed, our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the order.

After confirmation, we may review your previous order or delivery history through available courier service records.

If your order history is satisfactory, your parcel will be processed with cash on delivery, and a confirmation message will be sent to you.

If your previous order or delivery history is not satisfactory, we may request advance payment of the delivery charge before processing the order. Payment details will be shared with you through message.

If the advance delivery charge is not paid within 24 hours after the payment request, the order may be cancelled.

অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন প্রক্রিয়া

অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিম ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে অর্ডারটি কনফার্ম করবে।

অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর আমরা প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে আপনার আগের অর্ডার বা ডেলিভারি হিস্ট্রি যাচাই করতে পারি।

আপনার পূর্বের অর্ডার বা ডেলিভারি হিস্ট্রি সন্তোষজনক হলে, অর্ডারটি ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি হিসেবে প্রসেস করা হবে এবং আপনাকে একটি কনফার্মেশন মেসেজ পাঠানো হবে।

যদি আপনার পূর্বের অর্ডার বা ডেলিভারি হিস্ট্রি সন্তোষজনক না হয়, তাহলে অর্ডার প্রসেস করার আগে আপনাকে অগ্রিম ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করতে বলা হতে পারে। এ সম্পর্কিত পেমেন্ট তথ্য আপনাকে মেসেজের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।

পেমেন্ট রিকোয়েস্ট পাঠানোর পর ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ না করলে অর্ডারটি বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
