Exchange & Return

Requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with the original packaging, tags, barcode and receipt. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Contact us immediately if a product is defective, damaged or incorrect. We cover the return or exchange cost when the problem was caused by us; otherwise, the customer pays the return-shipping charge.

Refunds
