Conditions for Exchange & Return

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage or flaws.

Products can be tried on for fitting purposes and will still be considered unworn.

All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

Exchange or return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Products must be returned with the original invoice/receipt and barcode tags attached.
Lost Receipt or Tags

If you lose the invoice or receipt, exchanges may still be considered after verifying your purchase history using your contact number.

Exchanges will not be accepted if tags or barcode labels are damaged, bent, or removed.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
